We are looking for a highly motivated, capable and enthusiastic individual to provide administrative and business support services to the Emergency Clinical Contact Centre team in delivering a programme of CAD development and departmental restructure. The post holders responsibilities will include coordination and delivery of high quality support to the Head of CCC Operations and CCC Business Support Manager assisting in the timely, efficient and effective delivery of work streams and assisting the Assistant Director of Operations in the coordination and monitoring of the Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust’s Discretionary Capital Programme.

The post holder will need to demonstrate an understanding of programme and project management methodologies as well as excellent communication and organisational skills. Ideally, with experience of working in a multi–disciplinary team as the successful applicant will need to interact and build positive working relationships within internal and external partners.

The Emergency Clinical Contact Centre team work across three sites in Llanfairfechan, Cwmbran and Carmarthen.  The base for this position will be decided on appointment of the successful applicant.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply
